NEW YORK - Nov. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- iOttie, Inc today announced that it has been awarded with two CES Innovation Honoree awards. These honors were granted for the iTap Wireless Qi Fast Charging Magnetic Car Mount and the Halo Charge Bike Light & Power Pack. CES honors outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics products across 28 product categories.

For the fourth consecutive year, iOttie has received a CES Honoree award within the Portable Power category for its innovative use of Qi Wireless technology. This year was the first year that iOttie submitted an entry within the Fitness, Sports, and Biotech category and subsequently received an Honoree award.

"We simply love solving problems," said Eric Kang, Senior Director of iOttie. "We are motivated by transforming ordinary objects into extraordinary products. To us, the challenge of innovation is its own reward."

The iTap Wireless Qi Fast Charging Magnetic Car Mount is a stylish and compact solution which has the best attributes of magnetic mounting and Qi Wireless fast charging. Its built-in fan keeps the mount cool as it pushes wireless energy to your smartphone. Additionally, it automatically pairs with your device to launch a dash cam application, which also features a find your car function. This mighty, yet small universal car mount was designed to provide the driver with a safe and simple driving experience.

The Halo Charge Bike Light & Power Pack is a beautifully styled multi-functional bike light which doubles as a power source. The robust rechargeable internal battery is powerful enough so there is no compromise between charging your smartphone and using the bike light. At the back of the light, a mode dial provides a seamless transition between light settings. This modern bike light and power pack duo was crafted to evolve and simplify the bike light user experience.

iOttie's Halo Charge Bike Light & Power Pack and the iTap Wireless Qi Fast Charging Magnetic Car Mount will be displayed at CES 2017, which runs January 5-8, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The prestigious CES Innovation Awards are sponsored by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)TM, the producer of CES 2017 CES.tech/Innovation. Entries are evaluated on their engineering, aesthetic and design qualities, intended use/function and user value, unique/novel features present and how the design and innovation of the product directly compares to other products in the marketplace.
